Nice and Slow : Eco-responsible tiny house

If you believe in slow-living, low-tech, disconnection and low environmental impact... this is the place for you! A tiny house away from city life, where there is nothing else to do but relax and take some "you" time. Located in a nice and quiet dead end surrounded by fields, the tiny house “Nice & Slow” invites you for a stay in the middle of the hesbignonne countryside. The space Pack light, we’ve got everything covered: soap, bed sheets, towels…and the basics for cooking (tea, coffee, salt, sugar, olive oil). You can have breakfasts or meals delivered : check with your host before your stay. It offers a double bed, a kitchenette with a fridge, a shower and a waterless WC. You can enjoy the view or have a nice meal on the outside terrace, furnished with a table and two chairs. Do you like sitting next to a fire pit? Good news! Next to the tiny house, you can find a fire pit to warm you up or for barbecuing... Everything is provided, as well as 2 deckchairs to look at the stars. Breakfast and meals options on request. Guest access Only 35 minutes away from Brussels, Namur and Liège, the tiny house “Nice & Slow” is the perfect choice for a nice and simple trip. Other things to note Sleeping • A confortable bed with nice and clean bedsheets is waiting for you Shower • We provide the necessary towels • You’ll find ecological and biodegradable shower gel and shampoo available. • As we want to leave as little impact on the environment as possible, please use only these provided products • We ask you not to bring or use non-biodegradable skincare & cosmetics Water • The water from the kitchen tap, bathroom tap and shower is filtered water from a nearby source. It is not drinkable. You’ll find 5l drinking water available from the water dispenser • For drinking and brushing your teeth, use only the water from the dispenser Cooking and eating • The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a two-burner hob, a sink and the basic kitchen utensils • You’ll also find olive oil and basic spices • 5l drinking water is available from the water dispenser • Coffee and tea are also available Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the tiny house Relaxing • On the small terrasse stand a bistro-table and two chairs for you to enjoy your morning beverage or breakfast in the sun light • You’ll also find two outdoor lounge chairs available for your use Fire & barbecue • Next to the tiny house, you can find a fire pit to warm you up or for barbecuing • Everything for the barbecue is provided • Always be cautious of the risk of fire from smoldering charcoal or ashes • Please be reminded that making outdoor fire is prohibited during periods of drought • Keep the nature clean and do not leave wastearound the tiny Breakfast • You can have breakfast delivered by our local partner : please see details with Pierre • You’ll find several bakkeries in Jodoigne (6 km from Nice & Slow) Take away or restaurant • You can find a nice take-away meal from our local partner : please see details with Pierre • There is a great number of restaurants in Jodoigne or nearby • Or just enjoy the serenity of Nice & Slow and simply enjoy a delicious self-cooked meal
