Boasts of a high end kitchen, luxurious walk-in shower with heated floors, bright bedrooms, private w/d and outdoor space. The space The entire walk-out suite has been purpose-built for AirBnB guests in mind with a completely separate side entrance from the main house and a private fenced patio amenity space with an electronic keypad lock with your custom door code (last 4 digits of phone number). Step into the Scandinavian-inspired space with big bright windows, a full luxury quartz and stainless steel kitchen, and a stylish bathroom with walk-in tiled shower and heated floors. The space has its own heating and ventilation system which means you have full control of your own comfort. The two bedrooms each have hotel-quality cotton sheets with cozy duvets and comfortable mattresses. One bedroom boasts an additional twin trundle for that extra 5th member of your group. Note this suite is a walk-out basement suite, you will need to descend exterior stairs to reach the private entrance area (see photos). Stepping inside you won’t notice it’s a basement suite as the walk-out windows and patio doors bathe this suite in natural light. Guest access All areas of the suite and private fenced amenity space are for your use and enjoyment. We have an outdoor iron fireplace that you are free to use as well when the weather is nice.
