In the exceptional setting of a 19th century mill bordered by 200 m of river, we welcome you to our comfortable 60 m2 gite for 3 people, soon to be classified 3 stars. In high season, rental is only by the week with arrival and departure on Saturday. The space "Les pieds dans l'eau" Gîte de l'Estancot: In the exceptional setting of an old 19th century mill bordered by 200 m of river, we welcome you to our comfortable 58 m2 cottage soon to be classified 3 stars. Located in front of the main building with access to a large independent private terrace, you will find on the ground floor the entrance, the bathroom and a spacious bedroom that stays cool during the summer, upstairs the living room with American kitchen overlooks the terrace adjoining that of our neighbors. You can also enjoy the 4500 m2 park, the 50 m2 heated pool (from 05/15 to 10/15) and the private beach on the Gervanne River where young and old can cool off and explore. You will also have access to the large vaulted games room where, sheltered from the sun, you will find a summer lounge with pool table and table tennis. The swimming pool, game room and park are shared spaces with the other cottages on our property Private use of the 4 cottages and the large vaulted room is possible for family reunions only. Get in touch. We are located 5 minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants of the village and 10 minutes' walk from the swimming beaches of the Drôme. On site: Swimming, fishing, hiking, barbecue, swing, archery, petanque and badminton, billiards pool, table tennis and trampoline. Nearby: Swimming in the Drôme, canoeing, Vercors Park, Saou Forest, Druise Falls, Clairette de Die Route, Drôme Provençale... Optional linen. Other things to note If necessary, we offer a bed linen and bath linen rental service, the price is 15 euros for a double bed and 10 euros for a single bed, allow 6 euros/person for towels. If you want to bring your sheets there is a single bed of 90/200 cm, a double bed of 60/200 cm and a sofa bed of 80/190.
