Spacious Master Bedroom & ensuite bathroom - First Floor The master bedroom( Air conditioned) on the first floor has two king beds an ensuite bathroom and a balcony facing the Arabian Sea. It also has a smart TV, a work desk and high-speed wifi. The Living Room - First Floor The first floor also has a spacious living room (Airconditioned) with a sea-facing view and balcony. Perfect for small gatherings with lovely views of the sea. Two sofa cum beds are also there in case the need arises. The Ground Floor with the Zen garden view The ground floor has a living, dining, two bedrooms and a kitchen. One bedroom (Airconditioned) is a double room and comfortable for two guests with an ensuite washroom. The second bedroom room (Non Air conditioned - with wall mounted fan )) with a smart TV has a bunk bed that can accommodate three guests. Sanitized Modern Bathrooms Two bathrooms are ensuite and equipped with showers, geysers, and quality toiletries. One bathroom is external and with all modern amenities. Kitchen The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, fridge, filtered water, cutlery, crockery and the basics for self-cooking. Other things to note Please inform our caretaker Shafi an hour before you check in or check out Pets are not allowed on the beds and in the kitchen .We request guests to bring their own pet supplies and bedding .Guests are required to clean up after their pets . The beach is public but very few people come there, kindly wear life jackets and observe safety regulations.The beach is off limits at night . Coastal climate is unpredictable either sun or sudden showers of rain. Kindly carry umbrellas,water, mosquito repellants and suncream. We have power backup for the fans, and lights but not for the air-conditioners or water pressure pump. Power cuts are rare in this area but voltage downs occur sometimes in the evening. There's a lot to see and do but don't forget to miss the sunset!
