Located 650 meters from Martim de Sá beach in Caraguatatuba, our space is part of a condominium in which there are other chalets, and is ideal for those who want to spend good times with the family. Our chalet is about 80 square meters and accommodates up to 8 people in 2 suites. There is also a shared pool on the property that can be used by all units in the condominium. The space Upon entering the chalet, right on the ground floor, our guests will find a living room with 32-inch television benches and a ceiling fan. Integrated with it, we have a dining room and a full kitchen containing all the utensils necessary for the stay. There's also a bathroom on the ground floor. For your convenience, behind the chalet, we offer an outdoor area with a private barbecue with a table, chairs and a laundry sink. On the first floor of the chalet, going up the stairs, there are two suites, one with two bunk beds and the other with a double bed and a bunk bed. Both have ceiling fans. If you need to work from home on the beach, we have WI-FI with fiber internet. There is a swimming pool in the common area of the condominium, which is shared with the other chalets. For the Superior Chalet, we provide 2 parking spaces. Guest access Guests will have free access to the entire property. All chalets have stairs from the living room to the bedrooms, so it is not recommended for those with reduced mobility. Other things to note - We accept pets, upon prior consultation (check the rules). - The place is safe, has security cameras and an electric fence on the walls. - There is a housekeeper residing in the condominium who can answer questions during the stay.
