Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish up market apartment with a King size bed with its own private entrance and facilities. Located in Marsden Cove Marina you have fabulous views over the Marina. Watch the boats go by and relax at the end of the day with a refreshment in your own private courtyard and watch the sun go down. It's a 3-minute stroll to Marsden Bay and 10-minute walk to our local Cafe/Restaurant and Grocery Store. Continental breakfast/snacks supplied at no extra cost. The space We have a modern home to which the apartment is attached. It has its own kitchenette/Lounge area with a futon couch which makes into a king single bed if required (bedding is available). The wardrobe is large with its own makeup table and plenty of storage. The ensuite has 2 basins and a large shower. The bedroom has a King size bed and looks directly over the Marina, lovely to sit in bed and have a Coffee/tea in the morning. Guest access There is a separate entrance to the apartment, a code for the door will be provided upon booking. Other things to note We have 2 small dogs which do not have access into your area. As we do live onsite so you will see us from time to time.
