This is a lovely studio apartment which has a comfortable king size bed and a sofa cum bed. It has an inverter for power backup, AC, Wi-Fi, TV with Tata Sky, washing machine, dining place for 4 people and 24 hrs hot water supply. It also has a full kitchen comprising microwave oven, induction cooktop, fridge and other essential utensils are provided for you so that you can prepare your meal yourself and enjoy at your own leisurely time schedule. You'll get almost everything in the nearby market. The space The apartment is located in Canacona, South Goa. Its on second floor of a 20 apartment complex called Bharat Heights with power backup facilities which is at a walkable distance from bus stand and railway station. This place has everything that you need for your stay right from the free parking, bikes on rent, delicious food, wine shops, supermarkets, ATMs n almost everything and that too at a walkable distance. The apartment is very close to sun kissed beaches. You'll love to stay here because of its serenity and calm environment, amidst the hustle bustle of night life in Goa! 5 beaches within 10 minutes driving distances. Palolem, Patnem, Agonda, Galgibaga and Rajbag beach. Great seafood is available on all the beaches. Walkable distance from the state bus stand and Canacona railway station. The apartment also has a beautiful balcony with a great view of Jungle and the sky. There is also a place called Chapoli Dam which gives you a great pleasure of its scenery and it is just 1.8 kms away from the house. Guest access Guest can access the entire complex except the apartment of other guests. Terrace access is of course strictly prohibited !! Other things to note Things to note: Please stock up with the basic needs (including water) when you arrive the accommodation since this is a self cooking apartment and guests are provided all amenities for cooking. However, restaurants and shacks are serving Continental/ Italian/ Goan food which are nearby to this location. Please drink water only from the aqua filter provided in the room since municipality water in Goa is very clean but not fit for direct drinking. Note: A nicely budget accommodation where housekeeping services are provided for free once a week for long stay. Kindly contact either me or the caretaker if help is required for cleaning the house.
