Charming house in the village of Rupit i Pruit, located in the upper part of Calle del Fossar, the village's most charismatic and visited street, next to the suspension bridge. Rupit is a pleasant mountain village located in Collsacabra, north of Barcelona. A medieval village, built in local stone, that looks like something out of a fairytale. The space The house, which dates back to 1613, is newly restored and adapted to modern life, without losing the charm of a rustic house in a mountain village. The views are wonderful. From the terrace and from the patio you can see the Hermitage of Santa Magdalena, which is located just in front, and behind it we have magnificent views of the surrounding mountains that descend towards the Sau and Susqueda reservoirs. The sun enters the house throughout the day, as it faces south, giving a special warmth to all the rooms. On the main floor, there is a large hall that gives access to the house from where the stairs start to go down to the lower floor and up to the upper floors where the bedrooms are located. The hall leads directly to the living room, which leads to a warm terrace. On the lower floor, first we find a small decorative stone cellar that gives access to the kitchen, equipped with an induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, a Nespresso coffee maker and a classic one, dishwasher, toaster and the necessary utensils (plates, glasses, cutlery…) for 8 people. This floor also has a toilet. The kitchen leads to the outdoor patio where there is a barbecue. Going up the stairs from the hall, we access the first floor where two of the bedrooms and a full bathroom with a built-in shower are located. The master bedroom has a large double bed and built-in wardrobes with oak wood doors. It also has large windows from which you can see the same view as from the living room and the patio. The second bedroom has two single beds, one of which has a trundle bed. From here we go up to the upper floor where we find a large attic room with wooden ceilings. The room has another large double bed, which are actually two twin beds placed as a double bed, and a twin bed also with a trundle bed. This room is oriented the same as the main room and also has large windows that allow you to take in the same view. This floor also has a full bathroom with a built-in shower and built-in closets. In the house you will find everything you need, towels, sheets, duvets on all beds, blankets, hair dryer... everything to make your stay as pleasant as possible. We'll also leave you a wicker basket in case you want to go mushroom picking, as Rupit is one of the best areas for this activity. The floors of the upper floors are oak wood parquet. Below the patio is a room where the washer and dryer are located. NOTE: Pets are not allowed, but the possibility of accepting them could be previously evaluated.
