Welcome to Gracemir House, our Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Caribbean home in the heart of Grace Bay, close to Grace Bay beach. We are not on the beach but we are located in a popular quiet residential area in Grace Bay, that is close to major resorts (Royal West Indies, Grace Bay Club, Villa Del Mar) restaurants, casino, golf course and shopping. It is only steps away from Coco Bistro, a top island restaurant and near to the golf course. We enjoy a very private neighborhood. The house has a wrap around terrace and covered and open patios. There is a child friendly pool surrounded by well maintained tropical gardens and trees. The 2000 sq ft residence has a four poster queen bed in the master bedroom and the guest bedroom has two queen sized beds. There is a queen murphy bed in the main living area. There are 3 full bathrooms, one being convenient to the murphy bed, others are ensuite. Linens and towels are all provided for your convenience. Advance reservations are recommended for major holiday periods. Grace Bay Car rentals is very close and offers airport car pick up. Other major car rental agencies are available. We personally use Grace Bay Car Rental and have found their service to be excellent. In Grace Bay, it is all about the beach but after a day in the sun, you will come home to a relaxing drinks by the pool or on the front terrace, we are surrounded by vegetation, hosting many tropical birds and flowers.
