Cosy home from home with its wood burner or sip a glass of wine next to the babbling river. A short stroll to lovely pubs & restaurant. Take a train to Arnside; station 5 minute walk away. The space The interior of the cottage is a tastefully decorated home from home. With a fully equipped modern kitchen diner .The cosy living room boasts a wood burner , with initial supply of logs in the winter, as well as being equipped with a smart tv. A dog bed is provided for your pet. The two comfortable double bedrooms make it an ideal holiday home for both families and couples. Bedroom 1 is a double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds. Bathroom with bath and shower. The cottage benefits from a decked area to the front with sofa ,chairs & coffee table & separate table and chairs for eating,that overlooks the picturesque River Eea. Please be aware the yard to the rear of the cottage gives shared access to other cottages so when you bring your pet, on holiday with you, there isn’t a contained outdoor area to leave it unattended. The tv has a Netflix subscription as well as access to a range of terrestrial channels such as BBC and ITV. Guest access The whole house and outdoor spaces are for the sole use of guests. Check in is after 15.00 hrs Early check in (10.00a.m) extra £35 Late check out (2.00p.m) extra £35 Available by prior request when booking - thanks Other things to note The cottage has a lockable outhouse at the back which guests have full access to so that they can store bikes etc in a safe and secure space. Early check in & late check out is available where possible for an extra £35 per session. It also has the laundry room,with automatic washing machine. N.B. THERE IS NO EV CHARGING POINT AT THE PROPERTY. The nearest EV point is approximately 2 miles away at Kent’s Bank. Max: 2 pets
