The apartment, which has been completely renovated, retains the wooden ceilings and the terracotta floor of the 17th century. The kitchen has 2 glass-ceramic electric stoves, a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave, espresso machine, and kettle. In the bathroom there is a comfortable washer-dryer. The apartment is completed by a flat-screen TV, WiFi, safe, and air conditioning. Guest access Self check-in is available with a manual lock to ensure maximum autonomy and flexibility in arrival times. 🕒 Ordinary check-in is from 2:00 p.m. if the guest wishes to arrive early between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., the stay will be counted as an extra night (compatibly with the absence of departing guests). 🧹 Guest check-out is usually between 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m., when the cleaning company arrives to prepare the apartment for the next guests. ⏰ Late check-out may be granted subject to availability. If requested after 5:00 p.m. until 12:00 a.m., an extra surcharge will be applied to be agreed upon.
