The apartment was completely renovated and modernized in August 2020. It is located on an idyllic swimming lake, which is also ideal for stand-up paddling or boating. The Baltic Sea (Scharbeutz) can be reached both by car and by bike in 3.9 km. The space Our cozy, comfortably furnished 1-bedroom apartment offers space for living, sleeping and eating. The apartment is located in an apartment building on the 1st floor and is facing the street (traffic noise). In April 2021, we renewed all windows and equipped them with extra sound insulation. The apartment is equipped as follows: Living room/bedroom: - Folding bed 140cm x 200cm with integrated reading lamps and USB cable connection on each side - 2 duvets 1,35x2,00m and 2 pillows 80x80 cm - 2 wardrobes - chest of drawers - TV - WLAN - radio with Bluetooth, audio-in and alarm function - small sofa - round dining table with 2 chairs - Outside blinds Balcony: - Fly screen sliding door - Seating furniture with small table - Clothes drying rack Kitchen: - Ceramic hob with 2 plates - Oven with integrated microwave - Refrigerator with freezer - Dishwasher - Tableware, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses, pots, pan, etc. - Filter coffee machine - Kettle - Toaster Bathroom: - Spacious rain shower - WC - Washbasin with cabinet - Mirror cabinet - open shelf - hair dryer - Guest access Through private access to the jetty, the adjacent swimming lake can be used by our guests for bathing as well as for stand-up paddling or boating. Other things to note On request, we are happy to provide towels, shower towels, tea towels and bed linen for 20€ per person. The municipality of Scharbeutz charges a tourist fee (tourist tax). The contribution for this is also due.
