The space THE ACCOMMODATION The furnishings of the studio apartment are based on maximum comfort, with all services enclosed in an intimate space, perfect for two people. It is located on the first floor with a lift and has a storage area where you can leave your skis and bulky equipment. Whether for a breakfast in the fresh air or a romantic evening in the moonlight, the terrace of our studio apartment excites with its breathtaking view of the mountains surrounding Montecreto. Amenities include independent heating, TV, kitchen, refrigerator, towels and sheets. A private car park inside the property is at your disposal for the entire duration of your stay and the "Stellaro" chairlift, which connects Montecreto to the summit of Monte Cervarola and from there to the summit of Cimone, is located just 150 meters from our studio flat. The guests of our structure and their guests can enjoy the numerous services of the Gran Chalet, including the swimming pool for exclusive use, open from May to October, consisting of two pools for adults and children with shower, deckchairs and a relaxation area underneath in the shade of the gazebo, and the large park with barbeque. MONTECRETO Montecreto in winter is the ideal place for those who love snow, both for skiing and snowshoeing: in addition to being literally immersed in the mountains, it is the only town close to all the ski lifts of the Cimone district, the chairlift "Stellaro" can be reached on foot (it is just 150 meters from the apartment) the Passo del Lupo and Le Polle lifts can be reached with a short and easy drive. In summer the presence of a private swimming pool and proximity to the main trekking routes make this accommodation ideal for nature lovers. Considered the Gem of the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, Montecreto stands on a hill perched around the Church of San Giovanni and dominates, with its height, the valley of the Scoltenna stream. It is a village that has preserved the charm of the past, evidenced by the loggias, stone alleys and houses with sculpted portals, but in total harmony with the surrounding nature. In fact, it boasts numerous naturalistic and landscape beauties such as the Castagni Park, the Borella and the Stazione Park, the Ninfa Lake just a 30 minute walk away.
