Charming turn-of-the-century house with proximity to most things

Welcome to our home! We offer a carefully renovated turn-of-the-century house with a lot of charm and a lovely big garden. The house is located on a dead-end street in a very quiet area with walking distance to the Parken Zoo, Tuna Park, Eskilstuna center/station, where you can easily get to Stockholm (1h) and Västerås (40min). Our home is a safe place for people from all minorities and marginalized groups. We welcome guests of all ethnicities, faiths, gender and sexual orientation. The space The house has two floors. The upper floor is 42 square meters and there you will find a bedroom with double bed (180 cm), dressing room, bathroom, kitchen and living room. In addition to the double bed, there is access to two extra beds that can easily be placed in the living room. The upper floor also has a cozy patio with morning sun. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, a carbon dioxide machine and coffee maker. The living room is bright and airy with dining table, sofa and TV. Downstairs there is access to an additional bathroom, sauna and washing machine. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower. There is fast and free internet throughout the house. Our garden is secluded in a sunny location. There are several patios and a lot of space for play and running as well as access to a barbecue and maybe something green from the countryside :). Free parking is also available. Pets are welcome with us. Smoking is only allowed outside. Guest access On the property, there are two residential buildings, of which we rent out one and live in the other. Of course, we are available to facilitate your stay here and make your visit as good as possible.
