B&B Le Moulin de la Place | Avre Room

The ideal holiday address, a private room with private bathroom (shower and sink) in bed & breakfast Le Moulin de la Place. It is a great stop for a night, but also to stay for a longer period of time. Parking is available on your own property. The room (20m2) is located in our house from 1900 and was completely renovated in April 2022 with all modern conveniences. The price includes Breakfast. From this charming location, you can easily travel on, but also stay for a longer period of time. The space From the room, you have views of the backyard and the river. The garden of Le Moulin de la Place is nice and large, where you can enjoy strolling and taking a seat in one of the seating areas. Look for the Rivières signs for a walking route through the garden. Our five laying hens will also be walking around. Guest access In the private room is an en suite bathroom with shower and sink. The shared toilet is in the hallway. Breakfast is ready in the breakfast room on the ground floor (time can be arranged). The space is accessible all day for reading or for a cup of coffee or tea. Outside in the garden, you can walk to enjoy the tranquility. During your stay During the stay, we are happy to answer any questions. On New Year's Eve, we bake oliebollen for the neighborhood, and you are also welcome. Other things to note The three of us live here with our two cats. It is therefore not possible to bring your own pets.
