Our rooms, located in a two storied heritage structure are large & spacious with their own private sit-out area. we offer rooms having twin bed or double beds besides two family rooms. Portuguese characteristics in its architecture, narrow streets and the old buildings painted in the Mediterranean colors like white, blue, red and yellow. In this heritage precinct, the streets are narrow and winding, with alleys, lanes and stairways. The house itself is over 150 years old. It has been lovingly restored and converted into a heritage business B&B. The restoration has taken over a year to complete and every effort was made to retain and enhance the identity of the house like the patterned floor tiles, high ceilings, extensive use of wood all over and large windows. Towards the downside of the capital is Dona Paula, which is a small town with many resorts that was earlier a fishing village. This part of the town developed gradually into one of the most visited tourist places in Goa and one of the highlights of Panjim tourism. There are numerous Panjim holiday packages that offer tourists the chance to visit all the famous sites of Panjim. Dona Paula is the place where the estuaries of Zuari and Mandovi meet into the Arabian Sea.
