Equipped with a private swimming pool, the villa is part of the Larnianone Estate in which we produce wine and olive oil (that guests can taste and buy during their stays). On request, with additional cost, the villa has an annex Larnia consisting of 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom and 2 bathrooms which can accommodate 3 people. The villa and the annex can accommodate 14 adults and 3 children under the age of 12. There is air conditioning in all the bedrooms and fans in all the other rooms. The space Villa Larniano overlooks the oldest vineyard of the estate (exactly 1ha) arranged as a garden, with a beautiful view that extend to the Val d’Orcia and Mount Amiata. The villa has got a private swimming pool shaped like a little lake. The villa (508 m2) has two floors and can accommodate up to 11 people: it has 5 large bedrooms (each one with a bathroom and air conditioning), triple living room with fireplace, living room with loggia, games room with a pool table, a tennis table and a table football and a large kitchen with a brick oven. Except the bedrooms the other rooms of the villa has got fans. In two rooms you can add a bed for children under the age of 12. There is a little apartment Larnia, annexed to the villa, which can accommodate 3 people. It is composed of an independent entrance with an external staircase, a kitchen/dining room, a sitting-room, a double bedroom, a single bedroom, and two bathrooms. The villa can accommodate, with the annex Larnia, 14 people. Guest access The Villa has a garden, grove, private swimming pool. There are no parts to share with other people. There is an apartment that can accommodate 3 people which, on request, can be rented at an additional cost only to guests of the villa Larniano. Confidentiality and independence is a must.
