The space The villa features three comfortable bedrooms, a large open-plan living and dining area, and a private swimming pool set within a tropical courtyard. The layout is designed for group living — with multiple seating areas, generous space throughout, and an easy flow between indoor and outdoor areas. Sliding glass doors open out to the large 5x11 meter pool, creating a relaxed, social atmosphere throughout the day. Ban Tai has quickly become one of the island’s top coastal areas, known for its relaxed atmosphere, clean beaches, and growing collection of high-end developments. For fitness fans there are local gyms, and Ban Tai Padel down the road. We offer occasional in-house catering, Lin our property manager has a selection of ideas that you may like to try on your holiday. Just ask. Guest access The villa, garden and pool will be for your sole use during your stay, it is very private and peaceful. Our staff are generally there to greet you at check in and we have a key lock box on the gate if you are arriving late or prefer self check in. Other things to note The villa is self catering Cleaning is provided once weekly ( on stays of 7 days or more). Pool and gardens are tended twice weekly by our discreet staff. Electricity is charged at the local government rate including taxes as per your metered usage at a rate of 6.5 baht per unit. The electric meter is read at check in and check out and photos taken for your record. We ask for a 10,000 baht (£200) electricity deposit on arrival to be refunded at checkout less the amount of electricity used. Or refunded in full if an alternative payment method has been agreed upon prior to checkout. Additional cleans can be provided on request at a charge of £45 per clean.
