If you're looking for a home base to explore the parks and trails, this is the place. Biking trails are out the front door, and Snow Canyon State Park is 3 miles away. The home is tastefully appointed with all the comforts of home & then some. *Non golf course unit The space Luxury home with new upscale furnishings and finishes. Smart home with push-button activation of lights, blinds, and fireplaces. The master bedroom features a king-size medium firmness Euro top mattress with bamboo sheets, a gas fireplace, and direct access to the front courtyard. Fully stocked kitchen with everything needed to whip up a gourmet feast. Spacious open concept with kitchen, dining, and living room situated to take in the breathtaking red rock views. Smart Roku TV in the living room and LG 50-inch Smart TV in the bedroom. Very fast 5G WIFI and a desk are available if you need to work while at the villa. Queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress for additional guests if needed. Lovely, large back patio with table/chairs/loungers and Weber electric grill for your outdoor enjoyment. Up to two small dogs under 50 pounds are welcome with a $75 pet fee. Guest access Guests will enter off Snow Canyon Parkway through the Entrada main gate. Stop on the left before the guard gate and enter the code you were sent, or use the link on your phone and "tap to enter" The unit has a Lockly Smart Lock. Your code will be your area code and the first three digits of the phone number you provided to Airbnb. Swipe the screen to wake up the device. Enter your code in the random circles. (circles can be used more than once) Then, tap the small fingerprint button below. Wait for the unlocking sound to finish, then lift UP on the handle. Other things to note We are not part of the Entrada hotel (The Inn at Entrada); therefore, our guests don't have access to all of their amenities. You do have access to the restaurant, snack bar, and spa for massages, facials, etc. If you'd like to use these amenities, please let me know so we can add you to our guest list. We can arrange for golf with other members. This is subject to the availability of tee times, which are released 2 weeks in advance. I can check the tee sheet for you 2 weeks from the desired play date. The new Black Desert Golf Course is right next door and releases tee times 60 days in advance. Black Desert will be home to the PGA tour in October 2024 and the LPGA tour in 2025. The pool and spa our guests can use (Paiute Springs) is within the gates of Entrada, but 1 mile away. It's heated seasonally from April to October, with no reservation needed and accessed with a key fob located in the unit. Our guests who have used both pools report they like the Paiute Springs pool better. It's very quiet (seldom used), and has plenty of shade. The directions are in the orange house binder or you can call me for directions. Entrada does host weddings, especially in the spring months. You may hear noise from the wedding receptions up the hill until 11 pm on weekends and 10 pm on weeknights. I can check to find out if there will be a wedding on the dates of your stay if that is a concern. For guests traveling with pets (small dogs) you must state you are traveling with a pet and pay the pet fee at booking. If you fail to disclose that information, you will violate house rules, be reported to Air BnB, and you'll be charged the pet fee at checkout. You must also make arrangements for doggie daycare if you're leaving the pet unattended for more than 3 hours. Options are in the guidebook. You must be available by phone at all times you are away from your pet.
