Welcome to our Modern/Traditional country home! We have private guest rooms in our spacious house with large garden and even seasonal rice paddies/flowers field outside your window! We are living here too but don't mind sharing the living room, dining room, kitchen, decks, and garden. Breakfast is included! *** Please be informed that there is construction site nearby my house. So, it might be noisy during day time. *** The space We are located in Mae Rim, 30 minutes from Chiang Mai. The mountains are calling! The property is 100 meters from the main road, down a quiet lane. The house is quiet, fresh, and clean. We have 2 private guest bedrooms; a double bedroom and a single bedroom. The double bedroom and single bedroom have king-sized bed and single-sized bed accordingly, with gleaming hardwood floors, a/c, desk, wardrobe, hair dryer, and towel. The private bathroom with hot shower is located between these two rooms. *** The standard setting is a double bedroom for 2 persons. The extra single bedroom will be added if you are group of 3 persons. So if you are group of 2 persons but need both 2 bedrooms, you need to put the number of guest as 3 persons. *** There are really great open-air early morning and evening markets for fresh fruit and authentic northern foods and a 7-11 right on the corner. Surrounded by many well-known attractions including: botanical gardens, waterfalls, elephant camps, orchid and butterfly gardens, restaurants, café, and markets. Guest access Spacious living room, dining room, kitchen, decks, and garden. During your stay We will be around in the mornings and evenings for helping you with directions, suggestions, and recommendations when needed. Otherwise, we'll get out of your hair. Other things to note Kitchen can be used for refrigerator and microwave (easy prep snacks only-thanks).
