Guests should be aware that there is a separate caretaker's apartment on a portion of the top floor. Rest assured, the entrances and service areas for guests and the caretaker are completely separate, ensuring privacy and exclusive use of the villa's facilities. The caretaker is discreet and available only when needed, allowing guests to fully enjoy their stay without any interruptions. IMPORTANT: Please note that air conditioning is not included in the rental price of Villa Vianci. The villa has a separate meter for air conditioning, which will be checked at both check-in and check-out. The cost is 0.70 EUR per KW. Based on our experience from previous years, the estimated cost for air conditioning ranges from 50 to 200 EUR per week, depending on actual use by guests.
