There are three queen beds, with an open-concept kitchen & living room, making this space perfect for six adults or your family. The space This top floor unit is the perfect place to rest your head after a long day of skiing. Our family of four has used this condo for many winters! Great place to stay for snow chasing to PCMR. Just a short walk to the lifts. Bedrooms are set on opposite ends of the condo for maximum privacy, split between the living, dinning and kitchen areas. Outdoor hot tub and heated pool located in central courtyard invite you to relax after an energetic day skiing Utah's famous powder. Hot tub has views of the resort. Sleeps six in three queen size beds. Master bedroom has a queen-size bed, TV, and full bath. Second bedroom has two queen-size beds, TV, and full bath. 2 brand new Sealy Posturepedic queen mattresses in the second bedroom! Other amenities on the premises include a sauna, laundry room, parking garage, and ski storage room. Living room has a gas fireplace, comfortable sofas, and flat screen TV. The unit also has two terraces. Kitchen has granite countertop, custom cabinets, and is fully equipped for guests who enjoy cooking. TV in every bedroom & the living room for streaming! (byo passwords) There is onsite heated indoor free parking if you do bring a car! Guest access You will have the entire condo to yourself. There are parking passes you receive to gain access to reserved parking, there is also an indoor garage with limited space. Other things to note All guests must be 25+ with the exception of children with their parents. There are enough dining room chairs for 6 guests comfortably. You must use stairs to access the condo. Soaps for the shower, shampoos, toiletries, condiments, zip locks, and coffee are provided as are plastic cups for use at the pool & hot tub. Liquid soap for your hands is provided at every sink. Towels and linens for the beds are provided. Pets are NOT allowed. For your safety and the safety of other guests, no late check-out or early check-in. This is to allow for a thorough cleaning. No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/other things that are beyond our control.
