"Real 110+2" Rural House (Reinosa, Alto Campoo)

"Real 110más2" is a fantastic house located in Matamorosa-Campoo de Enmedio, a small building at 1 km from Reinosa, the Capital of the Snow. The Villa has 258 m2 distributed in two plants with a private garden plot of 400m2, where you can enjoy good moments. The house is decorated with a hogareño environment, in its large living room we have a fireplace where meetings are perfect. The house was built in 1992 on a building from 1900 or before, in the Old Town of Matamorosa. The space The ownership is from our grandparents Angel "El Pasisego" and Dorita, lifelong butchers of Reinosa. The house was a whim of our grandfather and we have taken care of every corner looking for it to be, for our guests and customers, a pleasant place like their own home. The house has 5 rooms with a pleasant decoration, beds with good mattresses for rest and their duvets. On the arrival floor there are 2 complete bathrooms outside the rooms and the gallery room has the bathroom inside. Downstairs it composes a large living-dining room, kitchen complete with appliances and utensils, full bathroom with shower and pantry with appliances (washer, dryer and refrigerator). Outside, also, is the private garden with your fruit trees, hazel, trees protected from the area, etc... ideal for enjoying them with family and friends. Guest access The living/dining room with its corners and fireplace, the entrance and the kitchen gives a lot of spaciousness. The kitchen also has that interesting mix of modernity and tradition, and is structured around a countertop full of appliances and utensils, as well as a functional dining table, next to the window. 5 double bedrooms, of which 3 of them have a double sofa bed, and are divided into 2 double bedrooms, and the remaining 3 each have a pair of single beds. 4 bathrooms of which one of them is part of a bedroom, and the other 2 that are common, have sets of towels and perfectly equipped toilets. The last one is located on the ground floor, next to the laundry room. Outside, there is: The porch with wooden table and chairs. A very large garden space, with a built-in barbecue.
