Villa Poesia d'Estate is a luxury villalocated in Torre delle Stelle and represents a luxurious oasis of relaxation, charachterized by a spacious veranda and a loungea area with sea view. At the back, another outdoor with a barbecue and a stone oven. From the lounge area facing the sea it is possible, taking a panoramic paved path, to go down to the lower level where there is a large solarium area and a hydromassage pool. Continuing further, the path leads directly to the sea. The space The villa is furnished with a delightful and refined modern style which gives it a charming note of elegance. At the entrance there is a spacious living area made up of a comfortable corner sofa and a refined glass table. The sleeping area maintains the same charm and elegance as the rest of the house. Inside the villa there is a large master suite designed to be a multifunctional space: a large open space in which the rooms are separated by vaulted arches and which consists of a double bed, a spacious walk-in closet, a charming reading corner and finally a master bathroom in refined black marble. In the villa there are two further double bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms: the first is combined with a children's room where there is a bunk bed, and the second is distinguished by its independent entrance. Finally, the villa has a welcoming outbuilding consisting of a living area, a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable double bedroom. Services included in the rental price: - initial set of bed linen and bath towels - bed sheet change once a week Other things to note Pets are welcome upon request, subject to approval and an extra fee, provided they do not go on beds or sofas and are taken outside the property grounds for their needs. To be paid at check-in: - Tourist tax to be paid in cash upon arrival according to the regulations of the Municipality. - Any pending balance required. To be paid at check-out based on consumption: - Electricity (mandatory): €0.40 per kWh Extra services available on request, to be booked no later than 2 weeks prior to arrival: - Extra set of Bed linen and bath towels: €20.00 per person, one-time fee - Beach towels: €8.00 each, one-time fee - Pets: €100.00 each, one-time fee - Baby cot/crib: €50.00 each, one-time fee - Highchair: €50.00 each, one-time fee - Check-in is scheduled between 4:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m., depending on the schedule of our check-in agent, the availability of the villa, and cleaning procedures (therefore, not precisely at 4:00 p.m. on the dot). For check-ins between 9:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €30.00 applies. In case of late check-in from 10:00 p.m. onwards (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 will be charged. For check-ins between 10:00 p.m. and 12:00 a.m. (upon request), an additional fee of €50.00 applies. In case of expected arrivals after 12:00 a.m., the possibility of a late check-in must be confirmed by our staff, and an additional fee of up to €150 may apply. WASTE DISPOSAL: Please respect the recycling regulations and dispose of waste properly according to the instructions provided at check-in. Waste must be sorted into separate bags for organic waste, plastic, glass, paper, cans, and residual waste, and placed in the appropriate bins. At CHECK-OUT, the property must be completely free of any remaining waste. Failure to comply will result in a penalty of €250.00 being withheld. Upon arrival, a security deposit of €2.000,00 will be pre-authorised on your credit card. This amount will be automatically released (depending on your bank’s processing times) at the end of your stay.
