Age Requirement: You must be 21 or older to check in About the Resort & Units: • Timeshare Units: These are not hotel rooms—they come with full kitchens, perfect for longer stays. • Oceanfront & Oceanview: All units have either a private oceanfront balcony or an ocean front patio (1st floor). • No Free Breakfast: While there's no free breakfast, enjoy lunch & dinner at the new Indian restaurant on-site! • Full-Size Refrigerator: All units include a full-size refrigerator for your convenience. Important Details: • Toiletries: As a timeshare guest, you’ll need to bring your own soap, toilet paper, and toiletries for the week. • Parking: Free parking is available in the garage across the street. A $100 charge applies if you don't return the parking pass at check-out. • Service Animals: Only legitimate service animals are allowed (no emotional support animals). • Incidentals: Because this is a resort, similar to a hotel, the resort will put a $100 hold on a card that is due at check-in for incidentals. Laundry: Washers & dryers are available on floors 3, 6, and 7. Cost is $3 per load (soap available for purchase). 2026 Unit Availability: Note: All 1st floor units have an oceanfront patio, and all 2nd floor and up units have an oceanfront-facing balcony. If you prefer not to have the unit cleaned, use the “Do Not Disturb” sign. Note: No guarantees on resort amenities being open; closures may happen due to maintenance. Unit decor may vary slightly from photos as the resort updates regularly. No Timeshare Tours Required: You are NOT obligated to attend a timeshare tour or presentation when renting a unit. If invited, feel free to decline unless you're interested! NOTE: Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation. Also, because these are similar to a hotel reservation, you will be required to provide your home address and email address for the resorts confirmation. Check-Out Procedures: 1. Check-Out Time: Check-out is promptly at 10:00 AM and is strictly enforced. A $100 charge will apply if you fail to vacate the unit by 10 AM. 2. Return Keys: Please return all keys to the front desk upon departure. 3. Furniture: If any furniture has been relocated during your stay, please return it to its original location before you leave. 4. Dishes: Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before you check out. 5. Linens & Towels: Please strip the beds completely and deposit all linens and towels near the entrance. 6. Trash: Bag all trash and place it in the designated area. Additional trash bags are available upon request. 7. Forgotten Items: Double-check the unit for any personal items you may have forgotten. Important: • Your cooperation helps ensure timely housekeeping so the unit is ready for the next guest. • A $100 cleaning fee will be applied if the unit requires excessive cleaning. Other things to note Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc upon reserving a unit/week, prior to receiving confirmation of reservation. Also because these are similar to a hotel reservation, you will be required to provide your home address and email address for the resorts confirmation. Property shall be available to the Tenant for the full duration of the lease except as stated HERE: “The Resort” (Barclay Towers Resort) makes every effort to prepare all units for occupancy at the stated check-in time. However, in some instances it may be necessary to delay occupancy until the unit has been properly cleaned. Tenant understands and agrees that there will be no rebate or discount for such late occupancy. VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. nor the Landlord/Owner has control over “The Resort” or the cleaning company hired by the resort and Tenant(s) agrees to hold neither VB Timeshare Rentals, Inc. or Landlord/Owner responsible for any delay in occupancy. The rental guarantees UNIT/LODGING ACCOMODATIONS ONLY. WE makes no promise as to the availability of ANY or ALL amenities at the resort.
