Upstairs you’ll find a great room layout with a comfortable living room featuring a gas fireplace, large flat screen TV, and access to the back deck for grilling or soaking up that wonderful Sunriver sun. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, featuring a wet bar, gas stove top, and Espresso machine. Upstairs also offers a half bathroom, adjacent to the spacious King Primary bedroom with deck access. Enjoy a relaxing bath in the large, jetted tub and make yourself at home with a huge walk-in closet.  Downstairs you'll find three more bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is a King bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower/tub combo. Bedroom 2 has 2 twin beds. Bedroom 3 has a King plus a gas fireplace. The additional full bathroom can be accessible from the hall or twin bedroom and has dual sinks and a shower/tub combo. Explore all that Sunriver has to offer with the six adult bikes provided for guest use, or stay at home and play Ping Pong waiting for you in the garage. This home, along with most Sunriver homes, is not air conditioned. With our cool mountain evenings and ice cold rivers and lakes to keep you cool, this is a great house for a slow-paced, ice cream and iced beer kinda summer. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.
