Easy access to the Beach as well as to the wonderful shops and restaurants along Pine Avenue The space This cozy home offers 4 Bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and a Heated Pool surrounded by lush Tropical Plants. The Master Bedroom is located on the Main floor along with a 2nd Bedroom with a Daybed & Trundle and play area including a Kid's Desk. This room with the daybed has a low ceiling - perfect for kids, but not suitable for those over 6 ft. tall. On the 2nd floor, there is a bunk room with 3 Twin beds and a 4th Bedroom with a Queen bed and a bathroom. Other things to note A note about pools with heat pumps This pool is powered by an electric heat pump and will usually reach temps in the low to mid 80s, depending on the outside air temperature. Pools are not allowed to run after 10pm or before 7pm due to the local noise ordinance so the water temperature will drop overnight. As with all pools using a electric heat pump, at times when the ambient temperature drops too low (50’s and 60’s) the heaters will be unable to operate. No refunds will be issued if the outside temperature prevents the heat pump from heating the pool to the max temperature.
