Red Sands at the Cove - Cottage in Canoe Cove

*We welcome all but hope our USA visitors appreciate and respect Canada as an independent and proud nation.* Located on the south shore of PEI, this 3-bedroom, 1.5 bath is a home away from home. There are lots of windows for beautiful views of the sea, and nearby full-facility parks and sandy beaches (3 min drive). Relax and enjoy the spacious covered, screened porch. Green grass and trees, blue skies and water, red soil and sands, peaceful surroundings, rural countryside, and friendly people. The space Open concept, fully furnished, with all the amenities. 3 bedrooms for lots of privacy, too. Everything is on-site and yours to use during your stay. Definitely a home away from home with approximately 1300 sq feet. This cottage is set in an open field with a beautiful view of the south shore. No cottage subdivision here! Only one sister cottage on the other side of the lane. (If you want more space, the sister cottage is almost identical and available for rent under the name Blue Sky Cottage - Canoe Cove.) Both are set back from the road. Great for families. Also works well for small corporate retreats (think strategic planning!). There are three steps to the front door, but everything is walker/mobility-friendly. Every year we make upgrades, but haven't updated all the pictures here yet. One change is that the porch part has white siding now - and not over-winter leakage! Note: The AC unit is in the middle bedroom but with the windows closed and the bedroom door open, it can cool the cottage pretty well. Slow down and relax at Red Sands Cottage, PEI.
