Nice house with a private pool & pet friendly

Beautiful new house for family vacations, 2 levels, minimalist style, ideal for 6 people, has a private pool that works with solar panels (does not have a boiler), 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, green areas, barbecue, parking inside the house and the subdivision, very bright and comfortable to enjoy a few days of rest. *Note: Pool lights cannot be on for more than 4 hours, please turn them off *Please read the policies and rules* The space Casa Zapata offers you comfort and tranquility, it has all the amenities to make your stay relaxed and enjoyable. It has internet, smart TV, refrigerator, microwave, stove with 4 burners, kitchen utensils, various dishes, toilet paper, hand soap, towels for exclusive use for the pool, sheets, pillows, green area, pool with solar panels (does not have a boiler), bedrooms with fan, service patio, laundry, barbecue, plastic tables and chairs, garden cover. *Please pick up the trash, wash the dishes you use. Leave the accommodation as you found it * Please note that the weather and season influence the pool temperature. * The pool lights should not be on for more than 4 hours as they can be damaged, please turn them off Guest access All rooms and spaces in the house are accessible. Other things to note *The subdivision is very quiet, there are few houses, therefore there is nothing that affects the tranquility and rest of our guests. *The house is for 6 guests, only one extra person can be accepted for an extra cost of $200, no more people are received. * We are pet friendly, the cost for each pet is $100, please add the pets you will bring to your reservation *It is important that you are punctual and respect the check-in (applies to check-out). Guests cannot be received if they arrive at night. * Do not hold parties or events, after 10pm the music has to be moderate. Avoid neighbors complaining. *We strive to make your stay pleasant and enjoyable, so the house is delivered clean, with everything working, we only ask you to deliver it in the same way. You will be charged extra cleaning if you leave the house dirty via the app. * IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THE RULES, you can find them in the app, they are sent by cell phone and are in the house.
