The space This cosy cottage(known as The old Grain) is suitable for 2 adults and 1 child (ages 4-15 years) One small well behaved dog will be considered on request (small fee applies) Location is in a wonderful rural spot 5 miles from Wetherby. 12 miles Harrogate & york and 16 miles from Leeds The lovely living areas and excellent location make it the perfect choice for a family get away or get together with friends. This beautifully refurbished cottage retains traditional character but also includes a host of modern comforts, making it an ideal home away from home. Please note we have free range chickens and Gazza the goose As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a 2 oven electric Aga, kettle, microwave, iron and ironing board , Hair dryer , Dishwasher and washing machine. The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is one bedroom in this cottage which contains a 5ft king size bed. On the landing / mezzanine there is a day bed which is suitable for 1 child. Please note the cottage has a stone floor on the ground floor and the stairs can be hard to navigate for very young children therefore we do not cater for children below the age of 4 years and above 15 years due to the sleeping arrangements. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3 pm and check-out is midday - Smoking is not allowed. - There are on-site secure private parking next to the property.
