The space Located right at the city centre in an historic and classified building by UNESCO, in the most vibrant part of town. It is located very near the famous Clérigos Tower and it is just above the most interesting places in the centre of the city. From here, you can go to the most interesting places by foot. If you want to meet the historic centre you will never need a car. It is important to consider that the apartment has two floors (it is a duplex apartment) and is located on the 3rd and 4th floors of the building (no elevator), with the entrance on the -1st floor. Bed configurations: • 1 double bedroom (double bed with 140 * 200cm) • 1 triple bedroom (3 beds of 90 * 200cm each) • 1 sofa bed for 2 people (140 * 200cm) Stays with 5 guests and under that require the sofa bed will incur a fixed additional fee of €15 and must be notified in advance. Guest access The space is fully reserved for guests. The apartment door is on the 2nd floor of the building, however the apartment is on the 3rd and 4th floor. The building has no elevator. The building's entrance door is on the -1 floor. Other things to note - All bed linen and towels 1 set of 2 towels per guest included. After one week, the bed linen will be changed and the apartment will be cleaned at no extra cost. - Important note: All guests must present a valid identification document at the time of check-in. - Information: Currently, extension works are underway to extend the Porto metro lines in the city center. Metro do Porto has a special noise license, and the construction works are carried out every day and it will be possible to hear noise from machines, trucks and other equipment. However, during the night the construcction work is not completely suspended, there will be less noise but they never completely cease. During the construction period, some disturbances may occur for those visiting the center of Porto city. As a result, some areas are subject to traffic restrictions, but there are alternative traffic and pedestrian routes in all affected areas.
