**** We prioritize FAMILIES: our house accommodates up to 10 ADULTS in beds + up to 3 CHILDREN on mattresses (maximum 13 GUESTS) **** Welcome to our home, located on one of the most beautiful and well-structured beaches on São Paulo's north coast! Here, you will find the perfect balance between comfort and the authentic atmosphere of a beach house. The space With high ceilings, a winter garden, an integrated kitchen and several windows, our living room was designed to ensure a spacious, cozy and naturally lit environment, providing unforgettable moments with the family. There are 5 air-conditioned suites - one of which is a single-story suite with a separate entrance. In addition, the outdoor area has a pergola, barbecue, swimming pool and spa, making it very pleasant in both summer and winter. Located at the end of a quiet street and just 750 meters from the beach, you will enjoy total tranquility, being able to walk to the sea with very little car traffic. To ensure your safety, our house has a 24-hour electric fence, an electronic gate, and is cared for by the Soldier security team, which conducts patrols during the high season, weekends, and holidays. Guest access The house can be used in its entirety. Other things to note We love our home and are delighted to share it with our guests. We seek to provide a memorable stay, and we are constantly investing in improvements to make our space more and more pleasant. We want you to feel at home, so we provide a range of amenities for your use. From spices and kitchen utensils to books, games and beach equipment such as boards, toys, cooler, cart, chairs and umbrella. We also provide light blankets and pillows - but for the sake of logistics on the north coast (few laundries, limited infrastructure and space) it is important that you bring bed linens and towels.
