Hamilton Lake holiday house

The house is primarily set up as a holiday home, locates in Hamilton Lake. It has a simple, neutral layout. The bathroom features a shower over bath and .duel access to the toilet. Great for business tourists, families and travelers. 10 mins walking distance to hospital and a few steps to local cafe. House has a heat pump to keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. The property is located on a full section with big open green field and 2 car parking space in the property and some safe street parking as well. Access to lake walkway and big children's playground. A few minutes walk to Waikato hospital and within walking distance of parks, Bunnings, Gallagher and Cafe Fresca. A few mins drive to city. Please note that we are still busy maintaining outside of the property, however, internal property will be all beautifully set up for your comfort. Guests to leave property clean and tidy as found, strictly no smoking inside and no parties. Please keep kitchen bench free from food near the stove overnight, it will attract ants otherwise. The rubbish collection is on Thursday morning, guests stay during the time please do take rubbish out. Please make sure all lights and heat pump switch off before check out and each time when you go out to avoid further charge for electricity.
