Luxury Villa with Private Pool, Chef & AC (partly)

This private Luxury Holiday Villa is the perfect base for enjoying a relaxing and fun holiday in Diani. Villa Mashariki offers multiple large living spaces, ensuite bathrooms, and great times for you and your friends or family. The villa, located 400m from the beach, is situated in a lush garden with a private swimming pool with plenty of shade. The private chef, self-catered, will cook delicious meals during your stay. Security, housekeeping, and several amenities are also included. The space There are four bedrooms in the villa and a bed in the reception room of the master suite - all rooms have ensuite bathrooms. Hot water from the environmental friendly heat pump throughout. The villa has a total of seven beds: four kingsize, one small double, one Ikea extendable double, and a single bed. The two bedrooms on the first floor are equipped with Air Conditioning. The two (cooler) rooms on the ground floor have ceiling fans above the bed and standing fans too. The master suite has two balconies, one with an ocean view, in the distance, and one with a great sunset view. A reception room, with an extendable Ikea bed, and a private bathroom. The luxury room has a balcony, a king-size bed and a small double bed. The two rooms downstairs have two king-size and one single bed. The villa has a large veranda with a sitting and dining area overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The villa is powered by solar, partly air-conditioned and on a safe compound. Bed space for 12 people comfortably and a 13th person sharing in the small double bed. A baby crib and high chair can also be made available on request. Guest access Guests will have exclusive access to the villa and grounds dedicated to the villa which includes: a large veranda, dining area, private swimming pool, lush garden, and two parking spaces. Other things to note A/C: Only the two bedrooms on the first floor have A/C and they are not on the solar power back up so it is possible they do not operate at times. CATs: two cats live on the premises (Duby & Bossk). LIVING: The villa is set up for outdoor living with a large veranda and has indoor lounge areas and balconies, but no dedicated indoor living room. SOLAR: Please don't use the solar sockets for hairdryers, toasters etc to avoid breaking the system. POOL: There are only four sun beds at the pool. KITCHEN: the kitchen is set up for a chef.
