Quiet retreat for two who like each other! Island central on the outskirts of Westerland. Car parking space, Wi-Fi, bed linens, hand towels and dish towels included. In 10 minutes you can walk to the train station, to Sky and Famila in 5 minutes. You can reach the beach in 20 minutes. A beach chair is available on your terrace all year round. The space The apartment can accommodate a maximum of two people. Satellite TV, Wi-Fi and the newspaper from the bakery around the corner provide the connection to the outside world. The kitchen is well suited for preparing a small, delicious meal yourself. A toaster, coffee maker, espresso stove cooker, kettle, tea pot with integrated filter and a dishwasher are available. There is no oven in the kitchen, but a microwave incl. a grill function for pizza & co. In the living area, there is dimmable lighting for the ceiling beams. It can also be operated by anyone from the bed. The bathroom was completely renovated in April 2021. Guest access The key handover takes place by arrangement. Private entrance door. Private terrace with beach chair for year-round use. Private parking space right next to the enclosure for the garbage cans. Storage for two bicycles without a roof. Other things to note Only when the wind is completely unfavorable, every now and then a few quiet and short track noises come over to the house, but so far no one has noticed. The spa tax costs from the 1st November to 30 April per person per night €1.95. From May 1 to October 31, October it costs €3.90. As a landlord, I register my guests with the municipality of Sylt and of course create the guest cards for them. I pass on the cost of the spa tax by the municipality of Sylt to my guests when they move in.
