Relax in our stylish modern apartment, just metres from the miles of golden sand at award-winning Filey beach. Fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing weekend or a longer stay on the gorgeous Yorkshire coast. Filey is a great town to explore as well as a base for Scarborough, Bridlington and further afield. Our well-positioned apartment is perfectly situated a short stroll from the restaurants, bars and shops of Filey. Please note the apartment does not have a sea view. The space Modern second floor one bedroom flat located in a recently converted block of holiday apartments. The apartment is rear facing but located right on the beachfront for easy access, and a shared front facing patio is available to enjoy the sea views over Filey Bay. The apartment is self-contained, comprising of an open plan living room and kitchen, a double bedroom and a stylish bathroom. For your convenience, there is an ironing board and iron and a hairdryer available within the apartment for use, and all bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. There is also a communal laundry room available for use. To start off your holiday, we provide a welcome hamper with some essentials as well as a few treats. Guest access The apartment is conveniently located on the beachfront and only a short walk into the town centre where you’ll find plenty of shops, restaurants and bars to enjoy. There is free on street parking available outside the apartment, however this does get very busy during summer months. We can assist with parking on our private driveway nearby to ensure you’re never left without a convenient place to park after a day out - details will be provided after booking. Other things to note Please note there is no lift available within the apartment block therefore access to the apartment is via stairs only.
