The space If you’re looking for a serene home that offers it all, this is the one for you! Spend your visit soaking up the sights and sounds of nature with direct access to the McMullen Creek Greenway and then retreat indoors for a cup of coffee in the bright and cozy living room. Young children will enjoy the tree house, swings, and playhouse situated in the private backyard. You will enter the split-level home through the front door, where you are immediately greeted with a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area - all of which boasts natural light throughout the day. To the left of the living room, you'll walk up a short flight of stairs to access the bedrooms. OR, you can travel down 5 steps to the left of the kitchen to the family room, which is complete with modern decor and a fireplace. ★ Living Room: This room offers contemporary furnishings and a Smart TV (so you never miss a beat). The space serves as a place to cozy up and enjoy a drink while watching your favorite shows or movies. ★ Kitchen: The open and airy kitchen features ample counter space along with all the utensils and appliances needed to whip up homemade meals if desired. Guests can utilize any of the stainless steel appliances, microwave, electric range, refrigerator with water/ice, coffee maker, and toaster. ★ Dining Area: The dining area is conveniently situated right next to the kitchen, making entertaining a breeze. There is an expansive deck with outdoor seating, a BBQ grill, wood burning fire pit, tree house, swings, and a playhouse. The backyard also has a nature trail that connects to the McMullen Creek Greenway. Other things to note We have security cameras at the front porch, back porch, and side access (from the kitchen). The home comes with outdoor equipment, including a treehouse, swings, playhouse and play set as well as a gas grill and fire pit. You are welcome to use these at your own risk. Please note that firewood is not provided. Should you wish to utilize the fire pit during your stay, we kindly request that you make arrangements to purchase firewood independently. Your cooperation and understanding are highly appreciated as we prioritize safety and environmental considerations. Any violations of our house rules such as: Excessive Noise, Smoking, Extra Guests, Pets, Large gatherings, Use of Confetti/Glitter, and camera tampering will lead to a fine of $300, cancellation of your reservation and your removal from the property. A $100 charge will apply for excessive blood stains on furniture, bedding, and/or linens.
