Utopia is a luxury beach house right on the oceanfront in the Ocean Drive section of North Myrtle Beach. Ocean Drive is the ideal area for those looking to be close to all the action Main Street has to offer. This stunning, private oasis is just a short drive to plenty of incredible dining establishments and nightlife. If you're looking for a more laid-back experience head out onto the beach. It's right in your backyard! You couldn't get any closer. The space Utopia is an open and spacious 6-bedroom, 4-bathroom home located right on the beach. You can step right outside to feel the sand between your toes and behold unbelievable ocean views. Chic and comforting decor greets you the moment you step into the house. The family chef will be awestruck by the amazing kitchen stocked with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances. Sparkling chandeliers create a sophisticated ambiance that is perfect for a romantic dinner with the one you love most. In the evenings, you can head outdoors to relax on the comfortably furnished oceanfront balcony or enjoy an evening swim in the pool. This home even features a detached suite for those wanting additional privacy. Linens are provided. Unit will come furnished with comforters, bed sheets, pillows, pillowcases, 2 bath towels & 2 washcloths per bed. Hand towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels are not provided. Please also note that toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags are not provided. The minimum check-in age is 25. A valid Visa or Mastercard must be placed on file with Elliott Beach Rentals for incidentals. To confirm their booking, guests will need to e-sign our rental agreement. Guests will need to provide the host, Elliott Beach Rentals, with their email address to receive this document. Guests will not be able to check in without signing our rental agreement. Guests will check in at our rental office to collect their key packet, parking passes, and pool bands (if applicable), then head to the rental. Our check-in hours are a range between 3 pm - 5:30 pm (7 pm on summer Saturdays). Guests will receive a text message notification within that window once the rental has been cleaned and is ready for check-in. We rent to families only. House parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited. Violation of this will result in eviction.
