Blessed 4-bedroom House

Come as a stranger and leave as a friend!!!! The Blessed 4 Bedrooms House is located on the West side of the city, close to Orange Pak Mall area, 5 minutes to the Naval base, 15 minutes to Jacksonville downtown and 40 minutes to St Augustine City. We are close to nature parks, museums, St Johns River, beaches and historical sites. If you would like to explore the city, let us know and we can find the right activity for you. (check our guidebook) The space Parking: The guests of the house have 2 parking spaces, one behind the other, in front of the main door. Please do not park your cars next to the left side of the driveway where the rear cabin guest, will be parking. A third parking space is sometimes available on the right side of the house, very close to the neighboring house. Street parking is free and secure. WIFI: ATTiH7YSpi Password: fhwxfqjk6ct7 With 300Mbps Details: You will find 3 TVs with ROKU TV in different spaces. All of the use remote control. If you want to wash NEFLIX or another platform, bring your own account. Three are 4 bedrooms, with a total of 3 queen sized beds and 1 twin bed for the pleasant enjoyment of 7 guests. Behind the doors of the two bathrooms are hooks to hang your towels. You can leave your towels on the hooks when checking out, then, we will collect it for laundry. Extra towels are in the TV drawers. Extra blankets are located in the upper part of the closet. We also provide hair dryer and iron. Feel free to make coffee with the coffee maker and drink sodas. Please let us know if you have any allergies to scents, candles or deodorizing sprays. Others things to note: Please do not use recreational drugs/narcotics inside or outside the house. For regular smoke, use front and back porch. -No parties. Quiet hours from 11pm to 9am. _No pets allowed. If pets hair is found, additional cleaning fees will be assessed, up to $200. If there is a need for flea decontamination (to be assessed by a pest control company), additional fees will be required. Guest access Guest Access: Smart Code access (We will provide the code for entry when you be close on the check in day). We have an extra magnetic keys. Ask for the magnetic key if you need it. If you lose the key, you will have to pay an additional fee of $100. Other things to note BLESSED 4 BEDROOM HOUSE Thank you for your visit. Just a few points to keep in mind: _ You are currently in the Cecil Hill area, located on the west of the city of Jacksonville. _ please remove your shoes upon entrance to the house. _ WIFI: ATTiH7YSpi Password: fhwxfqjk6ct7 _ To watch TV use remote control. Find your preferred channel of ROKU TV. If you want to watch NETFLIX bring your own account. _ Master bedroom has an extra AC unit, please use Remote Control located on the stand to the right, upon entrance to the room. _ The towels are either inside the drawers or on beds. Extra blankets are located in the upper part of the closet. The iron and ironing board are in the closet. _ Coffee, sodas, tea and water are free. Serve as you like. In the kitchen closet you will find the coffee maker, sugar and glasses. Also, rice cooker, as well as the toaster and other utensils. _ In the kitchen drawers you will find plates and cutlery, as well as containers for preparing food. _ When using the microwave to heat food, please cover the food. _ Use the combination or magnetic key to open the front door. When you leave the house you just have to close the door. (Ask for magnetic key if you need it. If you lose the key, you will have 100 dollars of additional charges) _ Please do not use recreational narcotics inside or outside the house. For regular smoke, use front and back porch. _ The yellow top garbage tank is for recyclables only. Don't put trash in there. _ The guests of the house have 2 spaces to park, one behind the other, in front of the main door. Please do not park your cars next to each other, so that it does not to disturb the guest of the rear cabin who park on the left side of the driveway. _ A third parking space would be on the right side of the house, very close to the neighboring house, if it is available. Street parking is free and secure. _Visitors are allowed in the house, but not parties. You must update the number of guests that will be in the house, in case the number is not the same as when you made the reservation. _ The backyard is in common use for the guests of the house and the cabin.
