This condo with quintessential lake cabin charm and a lake view provides all the comforts of home year round. This low-key vacation spot accommodates a long or a quick getaway & will comfortably sleep 8 people. Perfect for a family. Included in the rental is use of owner’s equipment: canoe, 3 kayaks, paddle board, oars, life preservers and 4 floating rafts. This condo has lots of cozy nooks for quiet time and ample communal space for gatherings. The kitchen is fully stocked for the renters' convenience. Additionally, the condo is stocked with basic household products: toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, garbage bags, ziplock storage bags, soap, detergent, cleaning supplies, bug spray, etc. Condo is equipped with one good-quality queen-sized blow up mattress and a pack'n'play. Basic cable is provided. Wi-Fi is available. Books, toys, games and puzzles are also available for renters. This is a family-friendly community. Please no large groups of friends. The condo is part of the Eastman Community Association. When not relaxing at the condo, walk out onto paths that lead to South Cove where boating, swimming, picnicking or resting can happen outside during the summer. Golf course also on site. In winter, cross country skiing and snow shoeing can also happen right outside your door. Ice skating rink and sledding hill are minutes away. South Cove Activity Center offers a fitness center with game room and indoor pool. (Passes are available for purchase.) Home owner will be easily accessible throughout your stay and will not interfere with your privacy. A 20-mile ride takes you to Dartmouth and all Hanover has to offer. A 30-minute ride brings you to Mt. Sunapee (skiiing in winter and Adventure Park in summer) or Woodstock, VT. There is lots of exploration that can happen on foot. We are a close walk to the Recreation Center, the beaches and the hiking trails. Cars and bikes are best modes of transportation to get to the golf course, ice skating rink and grocery store.
