Situated on a quiet beach on the Sussex coast between the South Downs and the English Channel, this detached, 2000 sq/ft 4 bedroom house which sleeps 8-10 guests including children (MAXIMUM 6 ADULTS), is ideal for families or a group of friends looking for a relaxing getaway. The space * PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Please note: This is not a party house, it is a quiet residential area, and loud music and events are not permitted. Strictly no stag or hen groups. Strictly no smoking anywhere on the property. Oak flooring throughout downstairs living area with underfloor heating. • Kitchen: Modern open-plan kitchen looking out onto the beach deck with island/breakfast bar including induction hob and extractor fan on the island, tall fridge/freezer, dishwasher and 8kg washing machine, oven, microwave/combi oven and warming drawer, wine cooler, Quooker boiling water tap. All appliances are AEG integrated. Outdoor dining table seats 8-10, hot tub (seats 6), pergola area, sunken fire pit with seating for 12, giant bean bags, additional bench seating, BBQ, double hammock. • First floor balcony (access via bedroom 1), overlooking the sea with fantastic views to Brighton and Worthing. • Smaller more intimate west-facing deck area, which is a great evening suntrap. • Large shingled front garden with striking coastal plants. There is ample off street private parking on the driveway NB Please be considerate of our neighbours. We want you to enjoy the outside space, but please keep noise to a tolerable level at all times. No outside noise is permitted after 10pm. -------------------- Please note that prior to checkin, a copy of Government photo ID must be provided upon request for the person making the booking, and also for the named lead guest for third party bookings. The owner may require access to the property when necessary, and reserves the right to gain access to the property at any time upon request. The house is professionally cleaned before and after all bookings. In light of the recent Covid 19 pandemic, we remind guests that they are responsible for adhering to the latest UK Government guidance about gathering/social distancing when in force.
