Ols ́ Berghaus, your holiday happiness in the Sauerland

Ols ́Berghaus is located where the heart of the Sauerland beats: in Olsberg-Elpe. This is 15 minutes away from Winterberg, the place of longing for all winter sports enthusiasts, hikers and mountain bikers. The layout of the house is practical. There are two apartments with a common staircase. This offers you a great advantage: you decide whether you want to use two small units or one large one. How? Quite simply: apartment doors open means one apartment. Apartment door closed means two apartments. The space APARTMENT ON THE FIRST FLOOR: Come in and take a look around! Your living/dining room is almost 30 m², friendly and bright. From here you have a wonderful view of the mountains. And, thanks to the south-facing location, sun, sun, sun. The two large panoramic doors lead you out onto the terrace and into the garden. But maybe you'd like to chill out a little first. Play rummy, chat, doze ... The big couch is very cozy and likes to seduce you to a ... pssst! Now you want to see your kitchen? Here you go. Dishwasher, microwave, fridge, stove, hood, coffee maker, Senseo coffee maker and kettle. Everything there. Coffee, go! Now to the three bedrooms. All beds are equipped with first-class mattresses that ensure a good, healthy sleep. In two rooms there are double beds (200 x 200 cm), in room number three there is a bunk bed in which adults can also find enough space (90 x 200 cm). Feeling like you want to fresh up? The bathroom is right here. With large bathtub, separate shower, bidet, sink and toilet. Of course, Ols ́Berghaus also has a separate guest toilet. APARTMENT ON THE UPPER FLOOR: Also here on the upper floor, a bright, spacious living room of over 40 m² awaits you. With large windows (balustrade) and stunning panoramic views across the mountains. Seen enough? The couch has a high cuddle factor. Speaking of which, turn on the wood-burning stove! It not only provides cozy warmth, it also crackles so beautifully. There is coffee in the kitchen. And if you like, homemade cakes. The kitchen is fully equipped: coffee machine, Senseo coffee machine, stove with oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, extractor hood, and kettle. On this floor, there are two bedrooms. In both you lie on fantastically good mattresses. In bedroom number one there is a double bed (180 x 200 cm), in bedroom number two a double bed (200 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 200). Before you try it: a large bathtub and a separate shower await you in the bathroom. Plus toilet and sink. TOTAL: The absolute highlight of Ols'Berghaus is the sauna. It can accommodate two people. (right next to the upper floor apartment, for a fee). There is also a beautiful garden with plenty of seating and a private small playground for children with a climbing tower.
