Kitchen is fully stocked with newer appliances and complimentary Keurig coffee, creamer and utensils. Patio has two new wicker loungers and table for relaxing in the shade. Blackout curtains and blinds located in all rooms for privacy. Iron and ironing board and clothes drying rack for your convenience. Complex is resort style with a large renovated pool heated year-round as well as a heated Jacuzzi, fitness center, ping-pong table, pool table, gas BBQs, and a clubhouse. Laundry is available on premises (credit card). Bike racks located throughout complex and scooters and electric bikes are located within 100 feet.
