Towering above our 2BD villa is the Penthouse A raised open-style villa that overlooks the neighboring houses while it stares across to our tallest mountain, Raemaru, and across to the sea. The beach is 15 meters worth of steps away from the door. The real gem to this villa is its mesmerizing view of a sunset. And if lucky, capturing a glimpse of Orcas during the season! This is an ideal holiday spot for honeymooners or couples who enjoy the sea breeze winds, while overlooking the beach. The space Our Penthouse (or Te Moana Nui Villa 2) is one floor above ground level, adjacent to our 2BD villa, featuring views of sunrises, sunsets, mountain or tower views of the area as it is the only Villa elevated in its vicinity. It has access to our private family-owned white sandy beach. Guest access For our penthouse we have a flight of stairs (secure with wooden rails) to access the Villa. A couple of steps towards the sea and you'll reach our private family-owned beach. You have will access to the sun lounges and hut set up there. For navigation, the guests can walk up the drive and wave the bus to tour the island and tour the island. From our driveway; You can turn left and walk up the road towards Avarua to hire scooters or cars (approximately 15 minutes walk). You will pass our Aroa Nui Hall which has an ATM and public filtered water tap. A bit more further will lead you to cafes and grocery stores. Or turn right towards Muri and visit the Beluga Cafe about 5 mins away for breakfast. If you continue you will reach a highly recommended Fish & Chips takeaway and more grocery stores.
