This apartment is located on the 1st floor with a view of the Rhine, - simply fantastic view. It contains a combined living/bedroom with 2 very good beds and a small sitting area, a completely furnished kitchen with dining place and comfortable chairs directly at the window with view on the Rhine and a very spacious shower-bath. With an extra bed it is also possible to accommodate a third person. This flat was completely renovated in 2019. The space From all windows in this flat our guests have a magnificent view of the Rhine. Especially during the famousand spectacluar pyrotechnics festival in August (Rhein in Flammen) our guests can watch the fireworks from the flat. Directly in front of the house are the Rhine meadows with a nice walkway along the river towards the centre of Koblenz Guest access Our rental prices include free internet access via Wifi, the use of the laundry room with washing machines and dryers, and all energy costs such as water, electricity and gas. Our guests can use the beautiful historic courtyard with various seating arrangements to sit together and relax. Other things to note You can bring your own bed linen or borrow it for a fee (15 EUR/ set of bed linen, 5 EUR/ set of towels).
