Accommodation, close to the river and mountains, 1 hour 30 minutes from the beach, located in the Gard, on the border between Lozère and Aveyron. Beautiful house with pool/garden: magnificent view of the cliffs. Small village full of charm and calm: rest, serenity and beautiful mountain and river views. Nature and sports lovers will enjoy our region: you can relax and unwind. Many remarkable tourist places to visit. The hosting is very warm. The space You will also enjoy the many visits to nearby sites (bison breeding, grottes des demoiselles, grottes de Dargilan, abîme de Bramabiau, Avent Armand, Mont Aigoual site, Millau viaduct...) as well as many activities very close (hiking, rail bike, kayaking, swimming pool 30 minutes away in Nant, fishing and hunting, mushroom picking, petanque, tennis court 5 minutes away as well as a swimming area 5 minutes away). Amenities: a bar/restaurant by reservation, a post office... Type of property: - Large living room with equipped American kitchen (induction hob, microwave oven, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher...) and fireplace with pellet insert - Sofa in the living room - one adult bedroom for 2 people with electric bed 160/200 - bathroom - a large garden with barbecue, table and chairs... - a large terrace with pool area (sunbathing...) Our house is located at the exit of the village, which makes it really quiet and not overlooked!!! All bedrooms come equipped with a TV!!! Guest access You can access the whole house except the garage and our garden shed!!!! Garden and pool are not to be shared!!! Only you can have access to it!!!! (detached house). Other things to note The house is located at the exit of the village, which allows you to be really quiet, while having the possibility to have access to the necessary amenities 5 minutes away (bar, post office...). Remember to bring linens (bed sheets, towels, duvet cover...), because they are not provided!! Note that we still leave blankets at your disposal!! Some cupboards are locked because the property we rent is our main home. However, don't worry, you have more than enough space to store your personal belongings (closet in the bedroom so you can store your clothes, closet in the bathroom and some empty closets in the dining room/kitchen) and all the essential accessories are at your disposal.
