The property is located in the heart of the historic center of Florence, a few steps from Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and all the main attractions of the city. The apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen with dining area, a bedroom and a bathroom. The space The inside is organized as follows: - LIVING ROOM with double sofa bed, TV, small desk and armchairs; - KITCHEN with dining table for 4 people, gas hob with four burners, refrigerator, microwave, moka, kettle, instant coffee kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, wine glasses and kitchenware; - BEDROOM with double bed, bedside tables and shelves; - BATHROOM with shower, sink and WC. FURTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: wi-fi, air conditioning (split in the living room and in the bedroom), washing machine, independent heating, iron and ironing board, drying rack, hairdryer, wardrobe, coat hanger and soundproof windows. Other things to note It will be possible to collect the keys to access this apartment at a Radical Storage collection point near the accommodation, by showing the code that you will receive by email the evening before check-in. In order to receive the email with the address of the collection point and the collection code, it is essential that you have completed the online check-in procedure via our Guest Portal no later than 11:00 am on the day before check-in. The keys to the apartment can be picked up on the day of check-in from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. at a KeyNest pick-up point that will be notified to you after booking with the code that will be sent to you the day before your arrival. The KeyNest pick-up point is located in the immediate proximity of the apartment. Upon check-out, keys must be returned to the same KeyNest pick-up point. PLEASE NOTE: It is mandatory to complete the document registration and online check-in process in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment. A surcharge applies for arrivals for check-ins after 21:00: - EUR 25 from 21:00 until 23:00; - EUR 30 from 23:00 until 00:00; - EUR 40 from 00:00. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
