Sailor's Cottage is renovated,furnished with style and fully equipped. It is located behind the sail port of Monvalle overlooking the lake in the small gulf. Lake Maggiore's old fisherman's house is arranged on three floors with ceiling fans in the rooms and is ideal for a big family. The space The house is arranged on three floors, with private entrance from the outside patio which is furnished with garden furniture. On the ground floor is the large living kitchen connected to the small living room. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with ceiling fans and a bathroom with shower . In the attic there is a room with a bathroom and a bathtub. The attic can accommodate two people and in the living room there is also a sofa bed. For needs over 5 people or to accommodate small animals, it is possible to arrange in advance with the Host. Guest access Guests have access to all spaces. There is a private parking space in the shade outside. Other things to note Guests are required to take out a short-contract of rent. This is a short lease agreement under the legal terms that is automatically terminated at checkout.
