Home Truths - This is a duplex home - There's one A/C in the bedroom and one A/C in the living room - Located on the 2nd floor with elevator. - Cable Tv channels are on DVI3-S/S2 (you can pick this option by using the source button) - There's construction noise in the vicinity during working hours (8 am to 8 pm) - Luggage keeping service is not provided - No water tank or generator; temporary impact possible during outages - The sofa can be converted into a bed Penalties for Violations - Smoking is strictly FORBIDDEN inside our home. If detected, it incurs a penalty charge of 100USD - Lost keys incur a surcharge of 40USD - Keys left on the door lock from the inside incur locksmith service for 100USD - - A surcharge of $40 USD will apply for locksmith services if keys are lost or forgotten in the unit or behind the lock Optional Offerings - A baby crib and high chair are provided for a service fee of 30USD - A single person foldable mattress is provided for a service fee of 30USD - Airport transfers are available at an additional cost PLEASE NOTE: Abiding the Turkish Legislation Rules and Regulations.
