Many people who live here work in Manahattan and take a NYC ferry every day. Manhattan is under an hour by either a car or a NYC ferry. Others work from home and enjoy this beautiful area. There is an easy access from this neighborhood to Queens and Brooklyn via two bridges from the area. Parking on neighborhood streets is private and we provide a permit to you.
